Is gang plank good?
Gangplank
is good at basically every stage of the game, and in LCS he's also a very strong lane swap champion so he's fairly unpredictable as well. In lane he has safe farm with his Q (which also grants bonus gold/serpents to upgrade his ult) and his oranges to negate CC and make him very hard to dive.
Is GP good LoL?
Yes. Just play Camille. Gangplank has an easy time dying once and then dying back to back 3 times if the enemy top/jungle are worth their salt.
